CONVOCA O SERVIDOR JORGE NEI 
AVILA CORREA , FARMACÊUTICO , PARA 
COMPLEMENTO DE CARGA HORARIA 
 
 
MOISÉS BATISTA PEDONE DE SOUZA , PREFEITO MUNICIPAL, 
ESTADO DO RIO GRANDE DO SUL, no uso de suas atribuições legais conferida pela Lei Orgânica 
Municipal e em conformidade com a Lei Municipal nº 2158 de 23 de maio de 2006, 2479 de 20 de janeiro  
de 2009 e 3580 de 21 de fevereiro de 2017, 
Considerando, o que consta no Memorando nº 298 de 20 de abril de 
2021 da Secretaria Municipal de Saúde, 
 
R E S O L V E 
 
CONVOCAR, a contar de 16 de abril de 2021, o Farmacêutico, Jorge 
Nei Àvila Correa, para cumprir COMPLEMENTO DE CARGA HORARIA de 20 (vinte) horas 
semanais, percebendo para tanto uma complementação de 100% (cem por cento) do vencimento básico, 
de conformidade com a Lei.
