Lei Orgânica Municipal e em conformidade com as Leis Municipais nº 2158/06. 
 
Considerando, o que consta no Memorando nº 299 /2019, da 
Secretaria Municipal de Saúde, 
 
R E S O L V E 
 
NOMEAR, a partir de 04 de abril de 2019, Ildamara dos Santos 
Morales, para exercer o Cargo em Comissão de Diretor da Área de Enfermagem ? CC V, matrícula nº 
3991, com a carga horária de 35 horas semanais, lotada na Secretaria Municipal de Saúde, percebendo 
para tanto o vencimento mensal correspondente ao Padrão CC- V, enquanto no pleno exercício deste 
comissionado.
