ESTADO DO RIO GRANDE DO SUL, no uso de suas atribuições legais, conferidas pela Lei Orgânica 
Municipal e em conformidade coma a Lei Municipal nº 4335/2021,  
 Considerando, o que consta no Memorando nº 136/2022, da Secretaria 
Municipal de Obras, Saneamento, Transporte e Trânsito, 
 
R E S O L V E 
 
NOMEAR, a partir de 01 de maio de 2022, MILTON ROBERTO 
FARIAS GONÇALVES , no cargo em comissão de Coordenador da Frota Municipal ? CC -IV, 
Matrícula nº 3726, com a carga horária de 35 (trinta e cinco) horas semanais,  lotado na Secretaria 
Municipal de Obras, Saneamento, Transporte e Trânsito, percebendo para tanto o vencimento mensal 
correspondente ao Padrão CC-IV, enquanto no pleno exercício deste comissionado.
