pela Lei Orgânica Municipal e em conformidade com a Lei Municipal nº 4319/2021 e, 
 
Considerando, o que consta no Memorando nº 305/2022, da 
Secretaria Municipal de Saúde, 
 
R E S O L V E 
 
RESCINDIR, por término o contrato da servidora, Solange Maria 
Kohler, na função de Técnico em Enfermagem- Emergencial matrícula nº 4313, lotada na 
Secretaria Municipal de Saúde, a contar de 21 de março de 2022.
