MOISES BATISTA PEDONE DE SOUZA, PREFEITO MUNICIPAL, 
ESTADO DO RIO GRANDE DO SUL, no uso de suas atribuições legais, conferidas pela Lei Orgânica 
Municipal e em conformidade coma a Lei Municipal nº 4335/2021 e Lei Municipal nº 4764/2023; 
 Considerando, o que consta no Memorando nº 067/2024, do Gabinete 
do Prefeito, 
 
R E S O L V E 
 
NOMEAR, a partir de 1º de março de 2024, MILTON ROBERTO 
FARIAS GONÇALVES , no cargo em comissão de SECRETÁRIO MUNICIPAL DE 
ADMINISTRAÇÃO - SUBSÍDIO, Matrícula nº 4799, para atuar na Secretaria Municipal de 
Administração, percebendo para tanto o subsídio mensal correspondente ao 1º, 2º e 3º, da Lei Municipal nº 
4764, de 21 de dezembro de 2023 e suas alterações posteriores, enquanto no pleno exercício deste 
comissionamento.
